We have a variety of plans to suit every workflow and practice load, and can provide you with a custom quote based on your Practice systems and needs during your Welcome Call, based on a per call or per minute billing – the choice is yours, and your plan can be adapted later as your business grows and develops.

You are in complete control of your plan and can make changes to which calls we answer and when quickly and easily – choose to only send your overflow calls our way, turn on extra cover during busy lunch hour rushes or to keep the phones on during annual leave, or let us handle every one of your front desk calls. Adaption can also sometimes mean what worked for you in the past no longer does, and of course if the time comes when you no longer need us, the process of disconnecting from CliniCall is just as smooth and secure as the setup. Our access to your systems will be fully and finally blocked, with any ongoing licensing or other PM software returned to your on-site control. Under no circumstances is any Practice data ever stored locally with CliniCall, but a final peace of mind check is carried out by our Compliance and Data teams to ensure that no access or confidential or proprietary information remains on our side. Your team will be sent any final outstanding reports or call data, and the entire process is complete within 24-48 hours.
