The CliniCall management team was established on a foundation of experience and innovation in patient care and practice support.

We work with you to implement front desk support and patient phone services tailored to your Practice’s specific needs and challenges, using tried and tested processes and operational experience to ensure mutual success, patient satisfaction, and ongoing professional relationships. 

The CliniCall team understand the daily and long-term pressures of managing successful Medical and Dental practices, and we will work closely with you and your staff to take that pressure off your phones, maximise value from every patient call, and give you the time back in your day to focus on clinical care and your patients’ wellbeing. 

Meet the Team

  • Ali Alkadhimi - Managing Director

    As CliniCall Managing Director, Ali brings a host of experience from previous roles within the private sector, beginning in Civil, Energy and Infrastructure regulatory positions for ESB and Turner & Townsend before progressing to various senior Project Manager and Director roles. Ali followed his MA in Energy with an MA in Business Administration from Washington, and he is an award-winner for his innovative involvement in numerous multi-million euro large infrastructure civil projects, with particular mention of his client focus and UX contributions.

    Before joining the CliniCall team, Ali worked as Director of Operations and M&A in the field of private Dental practice consolidation and integration throughout Ireland, UK and the middle east, and he is excited to expand internationally in the near future.

  • Imran Riyasat - Operations Manager & Supervisor

    Imran brings over 20 years of remote client support experience to the CliniCall management team. Having begun his career as a customer sales representative and advancing to team lead, Imran undertook an MA in Strategic Management and Leadership in the UK, while gaining regional experience as a Contact Centre supervisor handling Amazon and eBay Customer Queries and issues.
    Since 2013 he has taken on numerous leadership positions within client support for large multinational companies, receiving Employee of the Quarter recognition on several occasions, including during his role as Director of Operations while managing a team of over 150 employees. Imran is highly familiar with the patient journey from start to finish and has been able to hone and develop his management approach based on his own years of hands-on leadership experience in direct front line client communications and support.

  • Shariq Khan - Onboarding Specialist

    With over 6 years' experience in the healthcare sector, Shariq worked with the Centric Health Group before becoming Practice Manager at 24DOC Medical Clinic. Managing a team of over 50 doctors and admin staff, Shariq is familiar with the challenges that medical practices deal with on a daily basis. He has played key operations and systems roles in a range of projects, notably in the development of the 24DOC App, COVID19 Testing Centre, 24DOC's call centre and its transition of GP software and server to cloud, in addition to several projects in collaboration with Beaumont Hospital.

    Shariq's keen interest in patient continuity of care and innovation through technology has led to his involvement with CliniCall to further the scope of his work. He is currently completing an MSc in Physician Associate Studies at the Royal College of Surgeons.

  • Nicola Hayes – Virtual Receptionist

    Before joining CliniCall, Nicola worked for 13 years as Contact Centre Operative for a large multinational organisation, over which time client communication migrated from a traditional call set-up to a dynamic, multi-channel environment. Nicola's commitment to providing a positive, respectful and satisfying client journey based on timely and effective communication extends to all her professional relationships - her collaborative strengths led to her Chairpersonship of a 'Voice of the Employee' working group in her previous role, promoting team-based discussion, innovation and resolution.

    Nicola is dedicated to ongoing learning in the Dental and Medical fields to build on the skills she gained during Medical and Clinical Reception certification training. She believes in encouraging continuous skill-building - a value she has taken to heart over the years supporting her own daughters' dreams.

  • Amanda Hayes – Virtual Receptionist

    Mandy brings extensive experience in 'first call resolution' to CliniCall from her 8 years as a Contact Support Operative working in a multi-channel communications environment including comprehensive client support across multiple phone lines, Livechat and Social Media channels. During that time she honed her skills and competencies in Data and GDPR Compliance as part of a Financial Regulatory team within a large multinational organisation.

    Mandy is enthusiastic about using the knowledge she has gained from Clinical and Medical receptionist courses to support practices and patients during routine and emergency front-desk call situations. Her time outside of work is spent out of doors and with family as much as possible, keeping fit and making memories - her conscientious nature led to her certification in Cardiac First Response for those long hiking trails.

  • Evin Donnelly - Virtual Receptionist

    Evin joined the CliniCall team as a current medical student at RCSI, enthusiastic to learn as much as possible from hands on patient support experience. Evin was driven to enter healthcare with the dream of alleviating the stresses and anxieties patients often have around organising their care and receiving support from their healthcare providers. Motivated to achieve excellence in patient support and front desk service, Evin is committed to advancing his knowledge of both the medical and dental fields, so that as a patient care specialist he is always offering the right support at the right time and resolving patients' issues from their very first call.

    With a background in science, having first studied Chemistry at Trinity College Dublin before progressing to Medicine, Evin plans to continue adding to his expertise as a clinical front desk teammember through relevant courses and seminars, enhancing his insight into patient support through this combination of continuous development and practical experience.

  • Teresa Kavanagh - Virtual Receptionist

    Teresa came to CliniCall with over 20 years' experience in the hospitality and customer service industry. As a support agent, she has worked extensively in front desk and reception roles, most recently in a multi-channel communications environment, supporting clients across multiple phone lines and engagement platforms. Teresa was excited for a new opportunity to further develop her skills in comprehensive multi-channel customer support, carrying out meaningful work supporting medical and dental practices' patients.

    Always the first to step forward and take responsibility for her work and her team, Teresa has additional training in data and GDPR compliance, having financial regulatory duties in her previous roles - a skillset which she is looking forward to growing further on the CliniCall compliance team. Teresa enjoys finding the balance between work and life pursuits, always making time to read, take relaxing walks with her dog, and spend quality time with friends and family.

  • Lucy Horrigan - Virtual Receptionist

    Lucy comes to CliniCall from a General and Children's Nursing background, which she began studying in Trinity College Dublin in 2021. Prior to her experience as a student nurse Lucy worked in retail customer service, and her natural ease connecting and building professional relationships of trust with her clients across both roles has allowed her to hone her excellent patient communication and support skills. Lucy thrives in multi-focus, high-energy patient support roles, and has been delighted to expand her knowledge and competency in both medical and dental contexts supporting our patients and practice teams with all general, complex, and scheduling issues.

    Lucy hopes to learn all she can as part of the CliniCall team about direct patient support in a primary care setting, with the dream of becoming a frontline paediatric, theatre or A&E nurse following her education and further training. When she gets any time away from her textbooks, Lucy loves to travel and to keeping active, combining sea swims and games of tennis with time with family and friends when she can.

  • Craig Harris - Virtual Receptionist

    Craig joins the CliniCall team from a background of early entrepreneurial success, having used the customer service talents he developed in front of house retail to excel as a freelance make up artist. Craig has always enjoyed a busy client services environment, his natural resourcefulness and passion for making others' days easier, brighter, and better complimenting the skills in multi-tasking and troubleshooting he built during his time working across several locations of large retail bodies.

    Craig has been dedicated since day one to the CliniCall mission of providing excellence in patient support with a smile, and has thrived under the challenge of expanding his skills in client engagement, support, and ongoing relationship building in his contact role as healthcare support.

    An adventurous soul in everything he does, outside of work Craig loves an adrenaline rush and the chance to practice his swim technique.
