INTRODUCTION
This Policy sets out the obligations of CliniCall, a company registered in Ireland whose registered office is at 42 Baggot Street Lower, Dublin 2, D02 E780 (“the Company”) regarding data protection and the rights of customers and their businesses (“data subjects”) in respect of their personal data under EU Regulation 2016/679 General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”). Third-party Social Media Service refers to any website or any social network website or application through which a User can log in or create an account to use the Service.Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.For the purposes of the CCPA, Personal Data means any information that identifies, relates to, describes, or is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with You.

Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).

We are not obligated to provide information to the consumer if We cannot verify that you as the consumer making the request is the consumer about whom the company has collected information or is a person authorised by You, as the consumer, to act on Your behalf.
